“The Second Time Around” in CD and Digital format?

Kaleb Hikele has released for the first time digitally the follow-up solo album he first presented to the public in 2007. Aptly titled “The Second Time Around”, the release is now available as a full length, with the original 5 track line up and a few bonus songs circa the songwriting period. The record is offered on CD and as a pay-what-you-wish (with a minimum of Free) Digital Download today!

In the summer of 2007, songs began to accumulate to be included on the next record by The Capitol. Kaleb began to demo his music out of curiosity with full band instrumentation, in the basement of his St. Thomas home, for the intentional release to schoolmates at his highschool for free. In December of 2007, two lunch hours were booked and a third was quickly put together to present an Open Mic series to a packed crowd of students listening to their peers. At the end of each show, Kaleb played one or two songs before he was interupted by the hallways bell- each of those days, he handed out around 50 discs of material from “The Second Time Around”, his second solo release, for free to the audience. The album now consists of the original recordings and new augmentations, all having been polished in Kaleb’s basement studio, on the east side of Toronto, in the spring of 2012.
