May 2013 will see the release of The Breaks sophomore album entitled ”Honeybees”.

This project includes a mix of rock n’ roll off-the-floor tracking completed at Trench Recordings, and musical collaborations with ‘The Broadview Band’ at The Townhouse Recording Facility & Sound Studio. The album will feature a healthy variety of blues, rock n’ roll, bluegrass, acoustic and country sounds creating an eclectic mix for the listener as they navigate through this storybook-style release.

The lead single “Restless” with a B-Side of the blazing “You Get Down” is available for FREE DIGITAL DOWNLOAD.

“Songs By Strangers” is a collection of cover songs that I have learned to thoroughly enjoy over the years. So, I truly hope from the bottom of my heart that you learn to love them too. Hear songs by Randy Newman, Tom Waits, Dylan, Leonard Cohen, even some of my favourite high-school bands, all recorded off the floor on the acoustic piano in the livingroom of The Townhouse Recording Facility & Sound Studio in Toronto in February, 2013.
